The White Horse at Hascombe is a Coaching Inn dating from the 16th Century. Set in a beautiful rural village location with delicious local and seasonal food, fine ales on handpump and a wide variety of carefully selected wines.
We are on the crossroads of the local public footpath network There are lovely walks to and from the pub and riding stables, together with other interesting local attractions such as the nearby Winkworth Arboretum.
There is free Wifi available through the majority of the pub.
The White Horse is now a Free House, owned by Ossie Gray and Antoine Pappadakis.
Jez Knight is the Manager & Publican available to deal with enquiries including discussing any events you are looking to organise.
We have exciting plans for the future to carry out some refurbishments, which will include the addition of some guest rooms, a new restaurant area and creating a larger central bar area with a reinstated Inglenook fireplace. The Public bar will retain it's inimitable feel and atmosphere...
